Well today I went down for a non stress test and ended up in the hospital. It looks like Stephen may be coming a little earlier than expected. I was contracting every 5 minutes on the monitor so at the very least I am being kept overnight. Right now the contractions are 4 minutes apart and I can finally feel them...it may be the real thing. Please pray for us. This was once again not the plan. I feel like I have been so flexible with this entire situation but I really didn't expect this. I am only 37 weeks and 2 days. The good news is that he is measuring around 7 pounds 7 ounces. Please pray that he is healthy and strong. He is going to need to endure so much his first weeks of life. Pray for this labor, if it is what this is, that it would go smoothly. Obviously this is overwhelming, so please pray for peace through the chaos.

ReplyDeleteKnow that your family is in our prayers. I love how you wrote how God is using this situation and your faith in Him and the heart surgeon. Stephen has touched so many already! Hope you get to hold your little boy soon!
